Say No to the Fat Increasing Food


Recent research or studies done by the Malaysian Government had told us that Malaysia citizen were fall into a biggest disease in the world called obesity. In order to help Malaysians, the government had launched a lot of medical open talk and exhibition. But, the response still down. If we are not consider about ourself and family member, who else will consider for us....... Please think about these. 

Diet is the main things for the human to be healthy or fall into the obesity traps. First, we must reduce the fat gaining food. These kind of food will increase our fat and belly. Later we will look like keep a round ball inside of your stomach. 

For maintain a well and slim stomach, we have to reduce some kinds of foods. For example, white rice, pasta, white bread, starches, artificial sweeteners, white sugar, potatoes, lunch meats, bacon, sausage, hot dogs and etc...  And lets take in account about the fresh vegetables fruits and etc as shown in the above images.
